The Evening Experience

This Women’s Full Moon Sunset Sail is intentionally designed as a gentle, nervous-system-led experience rather than a fast-paced retreat or workshop. Each element of the evening is facilitated slowly and with care, allowing your body time to settle, orient, and feel safe in the space.

The ocean setting plays a central role in the experience. The natural rhythm of the water, the open horizon, and the transition from sunset to moonrise create an environment that supports regulation, reflection, and emotional release without effort or force.

Throughout the evening, you will be guided through somatic-based practices that invite awareness into the body, support grounding, and allow stored tension to soften naturally. Participation is always by choice — you are welcome to observe, rest, or step back at any time.

Rather than moving quickly from one activity to the next, the retreat unfolds in an intuitive, spacious way, leaving room for quiet integration, shared presence, and moments of stillness so the experience can land and be absorbed.

Tanya Zajdel

RN, PSYCHIATRIC NURSE, FOUNDER OF REWIRE TRAUMA  THERAPY

I’m Tanya — a mental health nurse, somatic practitioner, and retreat guide.
After years of supporting trauma recovery, the ocean became my teacher and sanctuary. Sailing brought me back to my body, my intuition, and my joy — and now I guide women into that same experience.

These full moon sails are intentionally designed to help you slow down, feel again, breathe again, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve been too busy or too guarded to hear.

You are welcome exactly as you are.
You’ll be held, supported, and witnessed in softness.
