Release Negative Self-Talk & Fearful Predictions
Following a traumatic experience or prolonged stress, it's common to observe a shift in your internal dialogue towards being more self-critical and self-blaming.
For example, notice when you’re having thoughts such as “I'm not good enough.” which can be rephrased as, “I am noticing that I am having a thought that I am not good enough.”
Another example we may tell ourselves, “I am going to lose my job.” which can be rephrased as, “I notice that I am making a fear based prediction, but I can stop telling myself this narrative.”
This simple exercise guided by a clinical hypnotherapist will help you to increase awareness of your thoughts, transforming negative self-talk into positive and empowering inner dialogue.

Healing From Chronic Fear
Trauma overwhelms the nervous system. This can create a constant state of fear in the body. Dr. Stephan Porges, Dr. Pat Ogden, Dr. Bruce Perry, Dr. Peter Levine, and Dr. Gabor Maté suggest body-based therapies as a powerful way to release the fear that you may find yourself living in.
