Sound familiar?
Trauma doesn't show up in just one way
- You're on alert even when nothing is wrong.
- Sleep doesn't come easily, or doesn't last.
- Your jaw, shoulders, or stomach stay tight.
- You feel far away from the people you love.
- Fear makes decisions for you.
And often you're carrying it while parenting, supporting a partner, or helping clients with their own.
That's why Rewire doesn't hand you one technique and say it has to work for everyone. It gives you a library, so you can find what helps you.
Why I made Rewire
I built the library my nervous system needed
I spent seven and a half years in an abusive relationship. I'm a survivor of sexual assault.
I survived an abduction.
I went through all of it as a single mother of two children.
Talk therapy helped me understand what happened. These practices helped my body catch up: somatic work, vagal toning, movement, sleep, creative therapies. I brought together the practitioners who taught me so other people wouldn't have to search for them one at a time.
That's why there's a Pay It Forward price. I want women who have lived through violence to be able to find these resources online, whatever they can afford right now.

Who it's for
Three ways people use Rewire
For yourself
Go through the programs at your own pace. Most practices take about 10 minutes, so they fit around work and family.
With a child
Children can follow along with an adult. Preview the practices first and choose the ones that fit your child's age.
With your clients
Use the practices in sessions and share them between appointments. Up to 18 CE credits are available for therapists. Rewire works alongside therapy, not in place of it.
In their words
From people who've used Rewire
โOne of the greatest things I have noticed is that Rewire Trauma Therapy responds to every comment, either on Facebook, Instagram or through their programsโฆ this makes me feel seen and heardโฆ creates a beautiful space to heal in.โ
Carrie Butler, Survivor
โRewire was perfect for us. It allows us to use the program when we are able and has been a wonderful addition to our daily lives. We both struggle with anxiety and need to work through releasing trauma stored in our bodies.โ
Renee Boos, Survivor
โThe course was presented in a very fresh, interesting, and informative way. The panel was extremely caring, professional, and engaging. The theory, exercises, and bonus program exercises were a beautiful way to present such rich information.โ
Rita Ehrman, Survivor
โIt helps me to feel the body and everything that happens in it, to slow down, and be focused. I found the tools of Rewire Therapy very practical and it suits me.โ
Milena Blankman, Survivor
โI would think if someone was new to therapy, these exercises would help calm their mind and body so they could be more vulnerable and become more conscious and aware of their thoughts and feelings. This is a great program and I hope people take advantage of it.โ
Matt Domyancic, Medically Retired Cop
โI notice that I am โtoleratingโ more feelings and exploring them as being transient, also to see if they are information for the here and now or something else. The approach is so gentle that I forget the power of that. I am grateful and get that this is ongoing.โ
Liz Gow, Survivor
โI found the videos were easy to fit in because they are short and didnโt overwhelm me. I began to look forward to the calm and peace it would bring to my body to follow along with a drama or art therapy technique.โ
Tikeke Ziemer, Survivor
From practitioners
โIt really feels like my nervous system is so much more tolerant, and resilient than it was even a few months ago. I feel lighter and emotionally unburdened.โ
Kristin Lindell, Therapist
โIโve been an Exercise Physiologist for 27 years I attained numerous degrees in the field of health and wellness, but this is the first one that has dove this deeply into the connection of both the body and mind. I am now better equipped as a fitness professional to work with others who need to also be shown how to slow down and that being fully present is possible and enough.โ
Kary Ott, ACSM Exercise Physiologist and Group Instructor
โMy clients love a quick little exercise in the middle of our sessions to calm their nervous system and get them almost instantly back on track. Rewire Trauma Therapy is making me a better coach and my clients healthier people.โ
Sue Rumak, Trauma/Overwhelm Coach
